Vanessa is a highly experienced business consultant, listed among the USA presidential Who’s Who Business High Achievers. Living in London, her clients engage her on projects around the globe.
Acting for macro-sized investors, private companies and family offices with global market penetration she advises on property investment and business development to small businesses on strategy, analysis and finance as well as designing and specifying to commercial budgets for a spectacular outcome on budget. Services range from creating a five-year business plan, enabling banks to assess borrowing requirements for their client’s business expansion, to gathering statistics and market position within an industry sector for property investment. This awareness of analysing and defining business opportunities is an invaluable insight into the end result for investors considering project opportunities.
In 2014 nominated by the British government, Vanessa was awarded an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for her services to Interior Design and the UK Economy.
Morgan Stanley Investment Bank, London
Clarson Goff construction was engaged by Morgan Stanley for their 40,000sq.ft. office and data centre fit-out of global financial services in London EC2. They partnered with Vanessa for design and product specification which led to an ongoing business collaboration. The office was designed to be the leader in the efficient use of energy and sustainable materials. This necessitated close suppliers control to ensure they also independently sourced only sustainable materials fitting with Morgan Stanley’s environmental credentials. In addition, close attention was paid in the data centre to creating the most energy-efficient internal space, with effective heat dispersal and cooling being of the utmost importance to the carbon footprint of the client.
Other clients include international property developers, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Grosvenor Estates, Global Air, a private aeronautical organisation, financial institutions (private and state owned), several international event organisers for interior design, various restaurant chains and one of the largest soft drinks companies in the world.
